Dave has always had a passion for turning ingredients into something truly special. From his 25 years as a professional chef, Dave now brings the same heart to his food truck creations as he did to the meals he cooked in restaurant kitchens.
Together with Josh, his right-hand man, Dave serves freshly-made California burritos to the masses. Surfing Sombrero is available to hire for all events across East Anglia and beyond, with vegan and gluten-free options on offer to ensure absolutely everyone can enjoy the unique taste of a proper West Coast burrito.
